Big Brother Spotters

Hello. My name is Mark. I was visiting a friend in Colorado last weekend, staying in a hotel in a town called Idaho Springs. I was admiring the creek at the base of a foothill behind the Inn when I spotted a slender blonde lady taking movies with a digital recorder. Guess who it was? It was none other than Holly from Big Brother 5! There was not a doubt in my mind that it was her, even though she had a camera in front of her face. This is because I am a big Big Brother Fan. I introduced myself to
her, and she asked me if I'd like to meet Jase. She led me to the
parking lot where Jase was sitting in a brown Jeep. Jase explained
that they were on their way back to California from Illinois where Jase was visiting his mother. He said, "Imagine meeting here of all places." It was exactly what I was
thinking, but why would *he* say that? Jase and Holly talked to me for at least 20 minutes. I had many questions, and they answered most of them. I was really impressed with how nice they both were, and also how flawless their skin was. I was standing next to Holly while Jase remained in the car. I told them I had tried out for Big Brother Five, and Jase asked me for my business card. He said he'd pass it
onto some important people. I only had my AARP card, so I gave him that. They both must be laughing about that.
I asked Holly how the wrap up party was. They said they only got along with Cowboy and Marvin. They also expressed their concern about Drew winning. They could not understand why he opted to go up against Cowboy. I didn't either because I felt most people in the jury hated Diane, and that his chances were better against her. They told me that Drew was *not* seeing Diane after the show. I told them I didn't think so. I was really impressed with how good looking both Holly and Jase were. Their skin was flawless. I didn't see any make up on Holly, and I almost asked her why houseguests gave her bad comments about overdoing make-up, but I didn't ask the question. Jase asked me what my gimmik was when I sent my video in for Big Brother Five. I told him that it was about peanut butter, that I could survive any diet on P. B. & J.

They were on their way back to California, they said. I am starting this blog for others to submit their spottings of other Big Brother houseguests. I'd like to restrict it to Big Brother Five, but let's see how it goes. Jase and Holly talked with me for about 20 minutes. They were both very nice. Jase even offered to take down my name to recommend me to the producers of Big Brother Six. I didn't even ask him to do that, so that was very nice!

The Complete Encounter As It Appears in My Diary
I was visiting a friend in Colorado when I crossed paths with Holly King on October 2nd. Holly King was an evicted houseguest from Big Brother 5. I was staying at the Heritage Inn in Idaho Springs, Colorado. That is about 15 miles west of Denver. The Inn is nestled at the foot of a small mountain. The web site for the Inn is xxxx in case you'd like to get a feel for where we met. The time was about 10:00 in the morning. It was a very sunny day, and I was taking a walk behind the inn.
Immediately behind the Inn is a very shallow creek or river. I think this river is the same creek that Coors Beer gets its water from. Anyway, while walking behind the Inn, a lady passed by me. Even though she had a digital movie camera in front of her face, I recognized her immediately as Holly King. I stopped in my tracks and rested against a pole by one of those romantic swings that seat two people.
I watched Holly for two minutes while she took her pictures. She was wearing a pair of low-waisted blue jeans that were slighly faded. I had expected her to be wearing a mini-skirt, but I suppose a mini skirt is not proper travelling apparel. As she had her back to me, I couldn't help but notice that she was wearing leopard-print undies. The undies were peeking out only slightly. I forget what kind of top she was wearing.

I wanted to acknowledge that I knew who she was, but i waited until she was finished taking pictures, and then I asked, "Aren't you Holly from Big Brother Five?"
She said she was, and then I told her that I was sorry she was evicted so soon from the Big Brother house. She thanked me, and she shook my hand. While we were shaking, she said, "Jase is here. Would you like to meet him?"
Sure, I said, and we walked a short distance to the gravel parking lot. Only thirty feet away was a small brown jeep. Sitting in the jeep's driver seat was Jase Wirey. I think he was the fifth person evicted from the Big Brother house. Holly said to him, "Jase, I met a fan of Big Brother." She said this excitedly. Jase at first looked disinterested, but when I commented, "You were by far one of the most entertaining guests of Big Brother," he shook my hand and said, "I tried to be," or something to that effect. He asked me if I was here to ski, and I told him no, that I was just visiting a college friend. He assumed that my college friend (a girl) was in the Inn, and he asked me if I had a large tub in my room. First he said, "This is a nice hotel, isn't it?" I said yes. Then he asked me if I'd like to use his jacuzzi. I think they were getting ready to leave and that he wanted to share his jacuzzi with someone else before 11:00, which was check-out time. I politely said no thanks. He asked me if I was a big fan of the show, and I told him yes, that I had even applied to be a houseguest. This really perked his interest, so he asked if I had masde it to the final interviews. I told him now, that my application was completly ignored. He said, "Listen, do you have a card or something. I know the right people. I can let them know about you."
I was very amazed that he would offer to do this for me. I had never asked for his help. "Give me something with your name on it, " he directed. I started fumbling in my wallet to see if I had something to write my name on. I didn't, but I had my AARP card. I am only 51. I had just joined the group this year. I gave him the card, and he took it.
"So what was your gimmik?" he asked me. I explained to him that my gimmik was peanut butter. Holly was standing next to me this whole time, listening. She confirmed that everyone needed a gimmik. I told her and Jase that since I ate a peanut butter sandwich nearly every day for lunch that I could survive any week on a strict PB&J diet. They did not seem too impressed with my strategy. I then said, "I'm too old anyway. I'm 51." Jase then said, "Oh no, you're not too late. The house is looking for older cast members. You just need a gimmik." He repeated that word, gimmik, many times.
I then asked Holly how the "wrap up" party was. I meant to say "wrap party." She then revelaed that they had not enjoyed it. She said, "You know, we're not really talking to any of the houseguests. We only get along with Marvin and Cowboy." I simply said, "Oh, I didn't know." I don't remember how Drew's name came up, but Jase said something about him not deserving to win. I didn't argue with him, despite feeling that Drew had won HOH severeal times, so he desrved it more than Cowboy. They said they wished Cowboy had won. I then agreed sheepishly that Drew probably won because he was a pretty boy. Holly responded with, "You know, in person, he's not that good looking." As she was saying this, I was looking closely at her own features. Her skin was flawless, and her teeth were perfectly straight. Jase also had a flawless complexion. Jase was wearing a brown stocking cap. It was cold, but not cold enough to warrant a stocking cap yet, so I guess it was just a fashion statement.
I don't remember what prompted Holly to say it, but she said, "You know, I'm an actress, don't you?" I told her that yes, I did know that. She started telling this story about not being able to work for 12 months. I asked her why, and she said that she had done a commercial for Campbell soup while the Actor's Guild was on strike. That was interesting, but like I say, I can't remember why she told me this.
I told Jase that I really got a kick out of some of his antics. I told him that much of what he did reminded me of my own ideas of what I would do if I were in the house. I told him that the sign incident was something that I had thought about doing. The truth is, I had this idea about wearing around my neck, the name of the houseguest that I was best friends with. Each week it would change. That was my strategy: to let people know who I liked best, even if they didn't like me. Jase did not talk about this much. From where Holly and I were standing, we were looking through the open window into the passenger seat of the Jeep. Jase was fidgeting quite abit with the stuff on the seat. I noticed that even though Holly had a movie camera in her hand, there was yet another movie camera on the front seat. I think there was also a digital still camera, so they obviously were into pictures. [If you go to angelsweetsweet.com you will a portion of the movies that Jase and Holly took with that movie camera. There is no doubt in my mind that Holly actually captured *me* in part of her footage as she was taking movies behind the Inn where I was walking towards her.]
Jase asked me if I was there to ski. I told him no. He asked me where I was from, and I said Illinois. "Get out!" he said. He explained that they were just coming from Illinois. They were visiting his mother who still lives in Illinois. He asked me where exactly I was from in Illinois, and I told him that I lived in a suburb of Chicago called Lansing. He didn't seem to recognize it, so I said it was adjacent to Calumet City. Calumet City is more well known than Lansing.
Jase asked me if there was snow yet in the mountains. I told him yes, but at this time I had not yet visited a ski resort. He asked me if people were skiing yet, I said that I thought they were, but I learned later that day that none of the resorts were open yet, or if they were open, they hadn't had enough snow yet. Just that night much of the mountains had a dusting of snowfall, but not enough to ski yet.
That is all I remember at this time. I will try to add more if I remember. I told them both again that it was nice meeting them, and I walked away. I never saw them drive off, but i assumed that they would be driving off very soon.
Later that day I asked the clerk at the Inn if he knew that two houseguests from Big Brother Five were guests in the Inn last night. He said yeah, he knew, that he had met them too, and then he said, "That guy sure was full of himself."
